Born july 17th 1988, Alphen a/d Rijn, Netherlands.
Bob has always been addicted to music. At age 11, Bob started playing bass guitar just before het went to highschool and has performed in countless projects, bands, groups and workshops ever since. The projects vary from bands to music videos, dance tracks, soundtracks and solo based songs.
Bob Kruithof can be described as a skillfull bassplayer, composer and writer with a fresh and alternative look at music. Apart from trying to get the most out of each song and project, he is dedicated to perfection. Challenging basslines and refreshing melodies are his trademark.
On stage you could call Bob an animal, a hard working perfectionist who entertains the audience with his performence and tries to connect with the people in front of him. He has a lot of tricks up his sleeve that add a nice visual performence to the music that he plays.
Make Waves
Bob is the bassplayer of the band Make Waves where he bundles his skills with singer Terry Goard, guitarist Carsten Altena and drummer Jaap van de Ligt. Make Waves is sending waves into the world, producing energetic, melodic, modern pop rock songs with a fresh, optimistic attitude with room for humour and a little melancholy.
